Terms and conditions

Last updated October 5, 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and a booking made through it.

Who we are

This website is operated by ZIRA Bran · [registration no., VAT no.], based in Romania. You can reach us at contactus@zira-bran.ro.

What these terms cover

They apply to your use of this website and to a stay booked through it.

The details of a particular stay — dates, the number of guests, what is agreed about the padel court — are whatever we confirm to you in writing when you book.

Using this website

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, harvest it automatically, or republish its content as your own.

Booking a stay

An enquiry through this site is not a booking. A stay is confirmed when we write back and confirm it, with the dates, the number of guests and the price.

The house is let as a whole to one group. The person who books is responsible for everyone in that group.

Staying here

We ask the obvious: no more people than the number confirmed, no events or parties without asking first, and the house left roughly as you found it.

The padel court is used at your own risk. It is a sport played on a hard surface; we keep the court in good condition, and how hard you play on it is up to you.

Cancelling

The cancellation policy sets out what happens if you or we cancel, and how to tell us.

Intellectual property

The site, its text and its photographs are ours. You may read, print and share the pages; you may not republish them as your own.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Romanian law.

Subject to that, our liability connected with this website or a stay is limited to the amount paid for that stay. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as the cost of travel booked around a stay we had to cancel, beyond that amount.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you use the site or place an order, and the date of the last change is shown above.

Law and disputes

Romanian law applies and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
