The short version: tell us as early as you can, and we will be as fair as we can. The detail is below.
If you cancel
Write to us as soon as you know. What you get back depends on how much notice we have, because a whole house that empties a week before the date rarely fills again.
The exact terms for your stay are the ones we confirm in writing when you book, and they are the ones that apply.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel — something breaks, something floods — you get everything you have paid back, in full, without asking.
We will also help you find somewhere else if there is time. We cannot cover travel you booked separately, which is what travel insurance is for.
Changing dates
Moving a stay is usually easier than cancelling it, and costs less. Ask before you cancel.
How to tell us
Write to contactus@zira-bran.ro with the name the stay is under and the dates. We confirm every cancellation in writing — if you have not had that from us, assume it has not happened yet.
