Privacy policy

ZIRA Bran · [registration no., VAT no.], based in Romania, is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, including a request to exercise your rights, write to contactus@zira-bran.ro.

We use no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. The language you see comes from the address you visit rather than from anything stored on your device, and the fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a third party.

That is why nothing here asks you to accept anything. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens.

One exception, and it is yours to make: the page showing where the house is offers an interactive Google map behind a button. Until you press it, nothing is requested from Google. If you press it, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy. The map that loads by itself is a picture we made ourselves and contacts nobody.

If you write to us or send the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, the service you are interested in and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and, if the conversation goes further, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

If you buy a digital product: your name, email address and order details. The payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record — we never see your card details. We use the data to deliver the files, to support you, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

Whenever a page is served: our hosting provider records technical data such as the IP address, the time of the request and the browser's user agent. This is ordinary server logging, used to keep the site available and to deal with abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website.

Our hosting provider, which serves this site. Our email provider, which carries the messages. Our payment provider, for purchases. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

Enquiries that do not lead to work: 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation you come back to.

Client and purchase records: for as long as the relationship lasts, and then for the period Romanian accounting law requires, normally ten years.

Server logs: a short period set by our hosting provider, normally no more than 30 days.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in the EU country where you live.

This site is for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about them.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Where a change affects what we do with data we already hold, we tell the people concerned if we can reach them.
